Analyze and solve: Because the process of the machine tool back to the fixed point is normal, it does not reach the set position. Such failures are usually related to tool compensation. Examine the tool tool compensation execution status and find that the tool function is T0103, and No. 1 tool executes the tool compensation value of No. 3 tool, which causes the tool tip to be unable to run to the predetermined position.
