Therefore, the spindle runs relatively smoothly and is not easy to cause cutting vibration, while the flat bed CNC lathe is cutting, the cutter and The cutting force generated by the workpiece is 90° to the workpiece gravity, which is easy to cause vibration.
Due to the relationship between gravity, the inclined bed CNC lathe is not easy to produce a winding tool, which is good for chip removal. At the same time, with the center screw and the guide rail to protect the sheet metal, the chip can be prevented from accumulating on the screw and the guide rail.
The drive screw of the CNC lathe is a high-precision ball screw. The transmission gap between the screw and the nut is small, but it does not mean that there is no gap. As long as there is a gap, when the screw moves in one direction, the drive is reversed. When it is inevitable, a back gap will occur, and a back gap will affect the repeated positioning accuracy of the CNC lathe, thereby affecting the machining accuracy. The layout of the inclined bed CNC lathe can directly affect the clearance of the X-direction ball screw. The gravity directly acts on the axial direction of the screw, so that the backlash during transmission is almost zero. The X-direction screw of the flat bed CNC lathe is not affected by the axial gravity, and the gap cannot be eliminated directly. This is the innate precision advantage of the design of the CNC lathe for the slant bed.
The increase in the number of machine tool bits and the configuration of the automatic chip conveyor are actually the basis for automated production. One person is on duty in multiple machine tools and has always been the direction of machine tool development. The slant bed CNC lathe is equipped with milling power head, automatic feeding machine or robot, automatic feeding, complete cutting process in one clamping, automatic cutting and automatic chip removal, which becomes an automatic CNC lathe with high working efficiency. Although the flat bed CNC lathe can also increase the power milling head and automatic loading, its structure is at a disadvantage in terms of automated production.
